Angaza Foundation

Where worship turns into service, on the ground in Rwanda and the DRC.

Angaza Foundation is the humanitarian arm of Angaza Africa — funded by the wider Angaza community and put to work directly with genocide survivors, children, widows, and refugees.

Rwanda

Standing with survivors, and with the next generation

More than three decades after the genocide against the Tutsi, its wounds are still being carried by survivors and widows today. Angaza Foundation's work in Rwanda meets that reality directly, while investing in the children who will carry the country forward.

Genocide survivors

We walk alongside survivors of the genocide against the Tutsi with practical, ongoing support — recognizing that their needs did not end when the violence did.

Genocide widows' healthcare

We provide healthcare support for genocide widows in Rwanda, many of whom are still without reliable access to medical care decades on — funded directly by gifts from the Angaza community.

Democratic Republic of Congo

Feeding families displaced by conflict

Ongoing conflict in the eastern DRC has displaced millions of people. Angaza Foundation directs food relief to refugees affected by this crisis — one of the most urgent and least visible humanitarian emergencies in the world today.
